This document describes exactly what this site does with your data. It describes nothing else: there is no advertising tracker, no analytics tool, and no resale.
Data controller
Alitechs Agency, sole trader registered with the Paris trade register under number 812 668 614. Contact: contact@alitechsagency.com.
Data collected
Only what you enter in the audit request form: name and email address (required), company, phone, sector and a description of your need (optional). No other data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your audit request and arrange the meeting. The legal basis is your request itself — pre-contractual steps taken at your own initiative.
Recipients
Your request is sent by email through Resend and stored in our database hosted by Neon. The site is hosted by Vercel. These three providers act as processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Retention period
Three years from our last exchange, in line with the usual retention period for business prospection. After that, the request is deleted.
No trackers
This site sets no advertising cookie, uses no analytics tool and loads no resource from a third-party service. That is why you are shown no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@alitechsagency.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
